I've tried another drive on my 360 and I still get this error. None of the drives can read anything.  I plugged the drive in without the case and saw no laser was even lighting up. I've tried these drives on other 360s and it works fine. Has anyone run across this problem before? I've asked it on 360mods but nobody seems to know over there. I think it's a problem with the mobo, but I don't know what I did to create this problem.
Also, obviously 100% sure it's not a laser problem. Since the drives work on other 360s. I've replaced cables etc...but that wouldn't be the problem anyway, obviously, cause the drives work on other 360s with the same cables. Can any experts out there chime in please?
