i saw some pics somewhere around here, where someone put a 360 game in a regular xbox and it said to put it in the 360... so wouldn't it be possible to boot to a dash (on xbox not 360), ftp into it and back up a 360 game?

has anyone tried reading a 360 disk without a modified console, i.e will it play without movie playback kit added

Without the playback kit it gives the standard message that wrong disc is inserted. With the dvd kit it show the video.
