Xbox Multimedia Player Help

Hi well when i play most of the videos through xbox or xbox media center it says i need and an update to play the videos the problem is i have a jtaged xbox elite 2012 i cant go online or i will get banned so my question is "is there any (offline) way of downloading and installing those updates without of course harming my jtag"?
