Dvd Upscaling

Just checking, are you watching a full screen movie? That would leave you with the picture taking up the whole height, but would leave the sides blank.

If you are watching something in widescreen, and you have black bars around the entire picture, then I don't know what to tell you. Neither of my 360s needed any setting adjustment to 'upscale' the image to take up all of my widescreen TV.
