Xbox 360 Connection To Pc Problems - Please Help

My Xbox is hooked up to the internet with a RJ45 Cable to the router. My Computer is hooked up to the same router with a Wireless nic card.

If I hook my computer up with a RJ45 the Xbox sees it.

Should I hook the Xbox up with a wireless will it see my wireless computer?
