Converted Mkv Using Encodehd And Gotsent... Still Error Codes

ok it seems to be related to the flash drive... It won't play larger video files. Anyone have any ideas?

What size are the outputted files? If they are larger than 4GB then they won't play from a flash drive.

they are definitely under 4 gigs.... otherwise they would not transfer to the flash drive in the first place. Strange part is... the mp4 file will play when it is on my computer but if I try to play it from the flash drive its a corrupt file.
