Help -- Xbox 360 And Media Server ... Assistance Please

I have the same problem, black screen after i finish linking up my 360 as an extender to media center. Black screen is infinite once i hit media center on my 360 and does not go away until i shut down the xbox. I was succesfully able to have my 360 hooked up to my media center before, i dont know what the problem is now.
