Xbox 360 Not Finding External Hd.what To Do?

Does that enclosure require a driver or does it just show up as a mass storage device when hooked to your computer?

Well it could be that partition magic has not made a 100% compliant format on that drive.  Try reformatting with windows or use Macdrive to format it HFS+.
