Hfs+ Problem

I formatted my external drive to HFS+ and use a program called TransMac to transfer files to it. The only problem is that I can't get any MP4 files over 4gb to play. I thought that formatting to this format was supposed to get around that? Or is it the MP4 format that is causing my problems?

I made the same mistake u did afer days and days of reconverting ( well still havent solved that problem ) But  ok HFS + allows for files over 4gb to be on the HD xbox 360 on the other hand will not play mp4s over 4gb only wmvs over 4gb. so ur mp4s have to be split
