Anyone Using Gotsent To Convert Mkvs To Mp4?

It looks like it was successful but the 360 is treating the file as a unsupported format (the file just doesn't appear in the folder)

The weird thing is that if I search through my library in WMP the files will show up as 0secs and not play properly.  Not sure if this has anything to do with it.  The weirder part is that if I double click the file it will play just fine

I've tried different codec packs etc and nothing seems to help.  Anyone know what might the issue be?
