Streaming A Blu-ray Disc From The Pc To The 360- Possible?

No.  This is not possible.  Please read this link on what Microsoft supports for codecs and how to "watch" them on your Xbox 360.

If you have a Blu-ray disk that is not AACS and BD+ protected, you will need to "rip" it to WMV/ASF format.  I'm assuming you would also want 5.1 audio.  The above link goes into great detail.
