if i:
 a. click on a .mpg file
 b. using transcode360 click "transcode"
 c. click on a video_ts.ifo
 
--the little vista ring comes up and starts to spin as if the file were going to play, then the ring stops spinning and i have to reboot the 360 and reconnect to media center..nothing else works.  these files all play fine in my pc media center and wmp. so what gives? its driving me NUTS!

edit: i should say that all the music/pics/wmv's play fine in the 360 media center and theyre stored on the same pc drive as the files i cant play so i dont think its a firewall issue?
