Refresh Or Clear Cache From Pc Stream

So I just got the 360-PC connection working and can play all my Xvid movies.

However when I browse a folder, realise it is not unrar'd, then unrar it, the 360 doesnt see the new movie file. I assume it has cached the folder.

Apart from doing that code on my HDD and wiping all my cache and updates, is there another way to refresh a network folder?

I used to have this happen a bit, but it hasn't really since the dash update... not sure if they fixed this or what. Have you got the latest dash update? I usually just made a new folder inside that folder, and put the movie file in there.
