Stream Wmv From Vista Media Center

Oke I have a problem streaming video. MP3 works fine, Pictures work fine.I have media center setup and is working and PC and Xbox can see each other.

When I open a video it does start but it is really choppy as in 1fps and it's blocky as well. The movie runs for about 10 seconds and then it freezes and hangs.

In case you are gonna say it's network. I have setup WMP11 to share media with the Xbox and when I select the same movie through WMP11 it works fine and with good framerate.
