Converting Divx/avi Files

i have read that the 360 supports mpg2 and wmv video files streamed from a portable usb device and i was wondering if any one could tel me wich option would be best to convert it to from the pics below.

i am using Apex converter.

Mpeg options

Hey there...
I'm using WinAVI converter... it will be better if using WMV9...
i duno y there are only WMV8 on ur list...
but my converter do have WMV9 options...

ANyway, do you face any problem after the spring update???
I do have some problem regarding the playability of the WMV...
it gives out some error code (69-02-8007045D) after around 10 minutes i play it...
everytime i have to press resume very troublesome...
any one can trouble shoot this???

thanks for the info maybe i will change to the converter you use.

na i havent tried it yet so i havent had that problem sorry

the last 360 update was knackered as far as video goes. they hope to fix it in next update.
