the only thing that will stop a file being listed on the 360 is an incorrect file extention.
manualy change the file ext on the main movie to .WMV and it sould be seen by the 360.


as for the size of the file this is not an issue i have HD-WMV's that range from 5gb to 9gb that work just fine
