Spring Update And Nero Digital, Can It Work?

I've made some experiences with Nero Recode but the resulting files are not recognized by the 360 (or the PS3), can i make it work? Has anyone make it work?

well, i updated to the latest nero last night and i don't even have AVC Standard Profile anymore.
Now i only have the choice between "mobile" and "portable". this sucks.
