You may need to change your FAT32 cluster size to get the full disk formated.    Check out this article. You will not be able to stream TS files directly to the 360.  Only WMV is supported so you'll have to convert them.  The PS3 directly recognizes TS.  It would be better suited for what you want to accomplish.
