Adding Music To 360 Hd

I`ve got the connectivity kit for the xbox 360 and was wondering if there was a program that i can use that lets me link the 360 to my laptop and install music that way instead of burning to discs and rippping that way. Cause at the moment i`m using discs for fun.

If you use the cdrw's, get a keyboard to enter the info.

I have the Xbox connected to my network and have the xbox hard drive but is there no other way to copy MP3s and media to the HD apart from ripping from cd?
