Dvd Player Scaling Problem

Everytime I Put on a Movie, when it starts, The 360 keeps scaling the movie from 4:3 to 16:9, nonstop, its keeps flashing from widescreen to normal, like 10 times before its stops, then everytime a chapter changes, its starts again. Its really Annoying, its driving me insane, everytime a new chapter starts it keeps scaling from widescreen to normal, then to widescreen then back to normal, like 10 times until it finally stops. This Drives me Insane.

P.S. these are all Backups on DVD-Rs of my movie collection.
