I know there is a way to fix the lag issues, it has someting to do with the NIC card configuration. I'm not sure where to go in my computer to change the settings. The "lag" is with the remote, I press a button and it lags for a split second befor the cursor moves. I've read in diff forums about changing the "link speed & duplex" or something like that. Can you all help me out??

You need to go to local area connections, double click that and click configure the adapter you are using.  That setting is under the advanced tab.
