Anyone Notice Poor Quality For Big Vertical Images...

Whenever i view high resolution pictures from my PC via Xbox Media Connect i can clearly see that vertical pictures (for example a 768x1024 picture) is displayed on my HDTV with a very poor quality (like a bad compressed jpg) compared to horizontal ones (a 1280x1024 for example) which look perfect !!

If i burn the vertical images on a DVD and view them on my 360 (from its DVD drive) then it looks perfect like horizontal ones !

I had the chance to try the Windows Media Center option on my 360 too with a WMC PC and here all the pictures look perfect !

Sorry if this has been discussed before but: why is that happening ? Is it a bug ? Is MS working on it ?
