I'm unsatisfied. I ordered the chip a 8 days ago. I got an automated "payment recieved" message from My Pay Systems. Nothing from Xbox-gear themselves yet. I've written 2 emails requesting the status of my order. I understand that it may not ship for up to eight days, I just want to know from xbox-gear that they acknowledge the order and it's being processed, and if possible, an estimated ship date.
Twice now no response from me emails. I went to the IRC channel and saw ops there. Asked some questions and got no response from anyone.
I called MyPaySystems in an effort to get some kind of real contact. They offered to send Xbox-Gear a notification for me. That was yesterday, and still no response.
This is supposedly from a vendor that claims customer service and satisfaction is their top priority.
I haven't received the chip obviously, so I can't comment about that. I'll post an update if/when I get it.
