Windows Media Connect And Norton Sw 2006

I am having trouble getting Media Connect to play nice with Norton System Works 2006...at least that is where I think the problem is. I cannot access any of my files from my 360 I get 'Failed' for computer on the Media Connection Test despite Media Connect saying that sharing has started.

Does any one have any ideas? Thanks.
