i ordered two chips from them on two different orders...both orders were delivered on time ....didnt like the enevelpe packaging (site has it in a box from the pic) but the chips worked out ok with one small problem... one of the switches is not working that well..its only the bios switch itself, its quite loose....wasnt really a problem at first but sometimes the xbox frags like a bad bios image , then your hold it down and it eventually loads the 4979.06 ,,,,also i can only flash one bank ....i know they are out over the holidays and will give them a call jan 3 for a replacement part.... other than that i am happy with the service...will update my experience after my call is made...i know xecuter sent out some spare parts to its resellers , so i dont see it as a problem
