I need to stand up for this company as well. I received my order in a timely fashion but what really impressed me is that when i realized that my x-b.i.t chip is defective, he sent me another one right away.

i purchased an xecuter 2.3b lite + from the console corner last wednesday with priority shipping that costed me an extra 22 bucks, and still no modchip. funny thing is, i live in michigan and this douche bag lives in ohio, so i'd like to hear his excuse on why this is taking so damn long. so note to everyone, use basic shipping or he will rip you off.

i'll be driving through ohio this weekend for a track meet, maybe i should pay the console corner a visit with a friend by the name of "louisville slugger."

I ordered an xecuter 2.3 lite and some wires which took about 5 days for standard shipping. The tracking number worked fine. The chip came in a bubble wrap envelope which is probably the only complaint that I have. Maybe a small box would be better.

Ordered a chip through them for a demonstation to a group of gamers. I asked that they notify me if it couldn't ship by Wednesday to ensure I get it for the weekend. Didn't get a notification for the delay, didn't get the chip.

Too bad, since they've lost 5-7 sales.

I order some stuff from them on 02/27/2004 with Express mail 24.00$
they Run my credit card on monday 03/01/2004
And today is 03/07/2004 and it's stated in there website there will not process
over the weekend Please wait 24/48 H so than means the process my card on
monday 03/01/2004 i ask for express Overnight mail .. let's say 2 days 2 process
than means i should have my stuff By wed's and still nada

I ship Over night to my customer same day .. why can he do the same ?
Why Becuase they don't have shit instock and miss inform there customers

I call there number no one never answer 3 diff date and time all i got there answering unit... If you have phone answer it ?

what is point of having one if you can't answer it ..

ordered 3 chips on thursday night - emails said my order shipped on saturday - chips received on thursday via first class mail

2 xeniums and 1 smartxx

turns out 1 of the xeniums crashed so i guess they must have been fakes.

same here order duo for ps2 sent me a dead chip, sent back for replacement, it been 3 month don't here nothing from them. definitly never do bussiness with them again

Made a total of 2 orders from TCC, and was satisfied with both of them. Don't know the exact shipping time, but I do know that I got the stuff in the time-frame promised (or I'd remember being pissed about it). Every time I asked a question, they got back to me almost immediatly. I plan to be a returning customer for all my personal modding needs.

then I found out that my chip had been returned to sender because of an incorrect address.
I e-mailed console corner with several questios they responded only to what they wanted and ignored the rest.
At first I felt HORRIBLE! they sent me an e-mail showing my shipping/billing addresses and I thought it was my fault.

That is untill I rememberd that my billing address and my shipping address were
different when I submitted my order!!!

hmmm how did this happen?

I almost fell for a copy paste con

Still havent recieved my chip and its been about two weeks
Also I havent gotten any responses back from e-mails asking that a replacement be shipped out next day for all the dramma.

I will post again when/if I ever get my chip from them
