I have ordered from them twice.

1st time I ordered a svideo to RGB converter and regular xbox scart connector. They messed up the order and sent me xbox extension cords instead of the scart connector. But I emailed them and they fixed the order.

2nd time I ordered a flash linker and a x2.3 pro and decided to cancel the order. They already shipped the flash linker so they couldn't cancel the flash linker order but they could cancel the x2.3 pro. But I had to email them three times after that for them to reimburse my paypal account and it took about 2 week for that to happen.

Overall I am satisfied that they atleast stand by their service. It may take some time but if you keep reminding them they will get around to it.

However I would probably order from someone else next time because it seems they get orders wrong a lot.

I ordered an Xecuter lite 2.3b + from these guys on 12/23, and received an email saying it would be shipped on 12/29 and to expect 2-3 days shipping.  It showed up at my house via USPS on 12/27.  After I placed my order I had a question, and they replied quickly via e-mail.  

I had a good experience dealing with these guys.  I picked them because they were the only site I found with  Xecuter lite 2.3b + in stock, and I have bad experiences pre-ordering things in general.

I was going to pre order a chip from them, but there is something in the return policy that scares me.  see the item in red. If i preorder my chip and decide to go somewhere else in the meantime, they will charge me a 33% restocking fee?  if they don't have the item (thus the preorder) what the heck are they restocking????

All items are shipped working, and in the original mfg. packaging. Should you receive a non-working item, simply email us for return authorization. Upon receipt & verification of the damaged product, we will then and ship you a replacement, at no extra charge. All cancelled orders are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. All Cancellation of Pre-Order Items are subject to a 33% re-stocking fee!

**Occasionally some items are temporarily not in stock. Your order will proceed as normal, and ship when stock arrives. We have shipments coming from our distributors several times a week, to ensure your product is shipped in a timely manner. Should we become aware of an extended lead-time for products arrival, we will contact you via email, or post it in our news section.

Keep in mind that the legitimate www.system-mods.com is in no way affiliated with the-console-corner.com or with system-modz.

In fact.. the legitimate SMT (www.system-mods.com) is now pursuing litigation against them (suing them) for trademark infringing practices.

People should be careful when dealing with system-modz.

placed an order saturday 1-3-04. never received an order number. E-mailed them monday and did get a response that the order number and trackiing number would be sent via e-mail wednesday when it shipped. Well its wednesday and still no order# no tracking#. Disappointed so far I'll keep you posted.

As I stated above and in both e-mails (and the phone message) I sent them, I ordered and paid for two mods, but they only shipped me one.  I got a very brief response from them a few days ago.  Here it is.  I kind of get the impression that they didn't read the whole e-mail and just assumed that I was waiting for a new order to ship.  I haven't received a tracking number or any shipping confrimation for the second shipment yet.  I'd hesitate before placing with these guys.  They don't quite seem to have it together.
