New Banning String, Am I Safe?

Seeing as there are a lot of posts surfacing about people being banned with chipped boxes out of nowhere, when they did nothing "wrong" My box isnt hardmodded, its soft, with krayzies UXE. Do you think i am in danger? Does anyone really know?
