I have read much about XBL.  I have an xbox v1.1 with xecuter 2.3 lite. Switch fitted.  I have used this to go live (chip off) for ages.  I upgraded to a 120gb HDD about 3 months ago, used it live.  Thankfully have not used it since new live banning.

Can i still use it without getting banned, as i have not been banned yet.  What do i need to do to use this Xbox on live?

I still have the original HDD.  Which i also backed up using slayer v2.6. Sould i transfer the Eeprom from original HDD to my 120Gb HDD?

The reason i ask is if i can get it to work this would save me buying another xbox.
If i do get banned some of my downloaded contenet was paid for can i transfer this to a unchipped xbox?
