Live account 6 months old
Xecuter 3 with latest gold bios installed a few weeks ago.

Banned today 10/11/04

Maybe they have tracked a HDD change.??

Did you upgrade your HDD before signing up for LIVE?? Also what make is the HDD??

Bought Xbox in May. Played on live with modchip off but with files on c+e. Upgraded HD, copied everything inc. dlc to new HD.

Continued to play on live, banned on 9 Nov.

I live in the UK.

Nope!
Stock HDD F drive dashboard and appz, music, games, and moviez on E drive no Ban! been banned before last year these times but since then been fine.

from what I can tell, you only get banned if you swap your HD *after* you first go onto XBL with a given Xbox.

Sooo, if you're planning to upgrade an Xbox's HD, you need to do it before you first connect it to XBL.

just to let you guys know. ive been on Black Arrow and the Xbox Live Dash Board most of the day and no bann so far. im gettn Halo2 tonight or tomorrow so ill let you all know wat happens. im kinda nervous to be trouthful. dont really want to fuk out for a new XBOX
