Well, I have a modded Xbox but I got another Xbox just for Live as well as others here. There hasn't been much of about your question but I do not see why it is not impossible.

HOWEVER, for example, if you edit the rosters in NBA Inside Drive 2003, the game does not make a roster file. It is saved somehow in a hidden fashion. So, that could be a problem.

www.xbox-saves.com is a good site and perhaps they have already tested it out or whatever. I HEARD, haven't seen, that NFL2K3 has a new download roster, but I am not positive on that.
