Cannot Join Games (xbc)

FOr some strange reason, I cannot join games on XBC. Everything connetc perfectly...PERFECTLY! Im on...XBC fins my console...then I go into a room, and the room pops up on my System Link Window. Howvere...when I click to enter, it says that I can't and should try again later....WHYYYYY?!? I wanna playyy! T_T
