what 3D software builds these types of 3d graphics?????

(IMG:http://www.psi.dlsu.edu.ph/inside/maps/structures/images/3d.jpg)

bryce? or is there any other types. I would like a program that is fairly easy to build with. Not something that you can't learn to use over night.

Actually if you use a combination of 3dstudio and autocad that is really easy to draw =)  Also the new autocad your talking about is called "architectural desktop".

what I'm trying to do is build a campus map for the college web site. I thought a 3d version would look wicked.

so what is the easiest one to use??? I've tried bryce before and it was pretty tough but then again that was 5 years ago. AutoCad doesn't make attractive 3d images does it?
