It depends.  You run into them on citadel station when speaking with the head of Czerka and you can either kill them then (dark side) or be amicable (light).  If you let them go then you run into them on the surface of Telo in the restoration zone where you are forced to fight them ending the quest.  Speak to TSF head afterwards to collect your bounty.
