Just like the topic says. I have a modded Xbox with Halo 2, the map pack and the two newest maps. My setup at home is using the Component Cables set to 720p. When I go to my friends house I use the Composite cables and it reverts back to 4:3 NTSC. But none of the maps show up, not even the v1.1 that is supposed to be in the lower right.

I've tried re-backing up my Halo2/Map pack disc and then deleting my Halo2 TDATA/UDATA folders while using the basic cables, but it won't take.

Anyone ever seen this?

No when I go back to HDTV they're lost. I have to clear the UDATA folder and reload the maps.

With the newest auto update, it shouldn't show 1.1, it should show 1.5.  That may be your problem.

Correction - I re-read what I wrote, but I don't have the two newest maps. (I meant to write Except instead of And)

Anyway I'm loading both the Game and the Mappack onto the HD like I said before, but still have that same problem. To summarize

Setup ------------------------------------------------------ > Conclusion
(Each install is a clean install - No Game cache/game saves)

Load Game/Maps w/Composite cable ------------------ > No v1.1 no new maps
Switch from Composite to Component (HD) ----------- > No v1.1 no new maps

Load Game/Maps w/Component (HD) cable ----------- > v1.1 all maps work
Switch from Component (HD) to Composite ----------- > No v1.1 no new maps
If I switch back at this point the maps don't return.

i had the same problem.. on my HDTV they show up fine(using xbmc btw) on friend regular tv nothing, i had to go to unleashx n launch it through there n then i could see the 1.1 update n maps.. with the newest update1.5 all seems to be good on my hdtv n my friends..launching the game through xbmc
