I had some same problem. I think its just beucase they are just updating some things on XBl, or you have the same IP address as someone in the party.

ITS the server it's to crowded. Restart Ur XBOX and ull be fine

I'm getting this crap with a specific friend also. Would love to have a fix. I've told him to try it without his router, but he won't listen.
