I vote for Frontpage, extremely easy and very friendly to new people.

Without a doubt Dreamweaver MX.  It's the only truly cross platform editor.

Agree on that, and it doesn't put 1000 lines of useless code lines in your source like Frontpage does.
Personally I use Dreamweaver for the layout only and then UltraEdit32 text editor all the way for the rest.

Hi guys, I'm back just for the weekend  :D

Personally I would have to say Dreamweaver MX. However, when i tested my site in a Mozilla and Netscape browsers, the frames and flash buttons didn't line up properly...ah well. Internet Explorer is the way to go.

Dreamweaver4 or MX, it will teach you to code properly if you slit the screen into a design and code window configuration. Noob's only need to design a page with Layers (like MS word text boxes), and then do a global , convert layers to tables once thay are finished. TOO EASY !!

just get a CMS... There are plenty to choose from. It kinda depends on the business but something like PHP-Nuke or Post-Nuke are good... like I said, it depends on the business...

Macromedia Dreamweaver MX!

Certainly not crappy Frontpage with its IE-only code.

I use Fireworks/Dreamweaver MX for design... Globalscape CuteFTP Pro (site text editor) for everything else (coding, content, etc..).
