Pier 69 Help

I am having some trouble (a glitch?) with the mission "Pier 69". When I find T-Bone and shoot him he dies but nothing else happens. The red marker stays above his body. From what I have read, it sounds like at this point there is supposed to be a cut scene where Ryder escapes into the ocean and you have to chase him. That is not happening for me. Has anyone else had this problem or know what is going on?
I have the 1st edition of SA with the All-In-One Final mod.
