I need a savegame from Sega GT Online with some online tournament wins completed on it.

I have a retail of this game with XBL account, and there is a bunch of downloadable content to download. But it can only be actually downloaded if you have won in official sega sponsored tournaments.

If you have a savegame that might be able to access the downloads or know someone who does. I would really appreciate if you could contact me. A trainer that could unlock said downloads would also be greatly appreciated. There are some really stupid requirements to get content from some companies:/
