are the enemies in HALF LIFE 2 aliens and zombies, i'm not sure. those things on those dudes, what are they? the guys that have bloodstained shirts, what in gods

name are they? somebody please help me out!!!!!!!!!

The zombies are the ones with bloodstained shirts and Headcrabs are the things on them. The other kind are combine, sort of like nazis, but worse.

Where have you been the last 2 years? Under a goddamn rock???

Yeah the headcrabs are controlling the people, and the blood is for effect. maby it will throw you off, probably not.
