How Are The Emulators On Psp?
« on: November 26, 2005, 06:17:00 PM »

I don't have a PSP yet but the reason I want one is to run emus on it.

But how are they? Are they still very laggy?
ROMs I'm interested in playing on the PSP would be the ones on GBA, NeoGeo, SNES and maybe MAME.
Are Emus on these system playable or still need a lot of optimumisation?

I'm assuming emus for the NES, GB, MS, GG et al are perfect on the PSP??

GBA = Has come a long way in the last 2 months, running at around 70%, not realy playable.

SMS = Not the hardest console to emulate, its running at about 90% on most games i have tried. Playable.

SNES = Have not tried, its had a lot of updates and i hear good things about it, if i have time, i'll try it out over the next few days and get back to you.

btw, all the EMU's are a W.I.P, by the time you come to use them they will be improved.

SNES is good.  Get a newer release.
