Stupid Screen/help!

is the screen actually not the screen? like the faceplate has a clear thing on it? because this1 got scratched and ive laready exchanged another 1 for it and its like getting white flakes of something under that cover and it cant be a pixel because u can see it when its off. so is it not so bad where i can buy a faceplate and have it be like new?

Seems like your getting dust or something under the faceplate on your LCD. The actual screen is under a faceplate cover yes. Many people have this issue and its seen in other devices besides the PSP as well. Not much you can do about it besides removing the faceplate cleaning off lcd with compressed air or something -- but chances are youll get even more dust on the lcd and itll look worse.

The first PSP i got had this problem, so I exchanged it at Wal Mart.
