- Shawn MichaelsÂ’ current contract expired on June 6, but the original agreement came with an option year at the same pay rate (around $750,000). WWE told Michaels earlier this year that they were picking up that option for an additional year.

- Rob Van DamÂ’s contract expired on June 27, but he has verbally agreed to a new multi-year contract, however, it is believed that he has not yet signed it.

After having watched "The Monday Night Wars" i can only conclude that RVD
is gonna wrestle WWE on Monday and then show up on TNA 2 days later telling
