Tonight on RAW (less than an hour away) every WWE superstar will be there for the draft lottery. Will Evolution get broken up? What will happen if the tag team champs get broken up? Where's Stone Cold gonna go? Who would you like to see get split up?

20 minutes.

This is either going to be very interesting and exciting.. or people will be turning their TV's off and turn away from both problems.

I hope they don't screw this up.

Well.. the draft.. at first glance anyway.. was piss poor. However.. the one shining star of the moment.. was watching Triple H move to Smackdown. Course.. now he'll squash talent there.. but at least he can screw over EDGE anytime soon.

I'm still hopeful for an ECW angle.. or better yet.. an invasion or Exodus..

Now.. with Heyman Drafted to RAW.. and him quiting.. it leaves some interesting questions.

Assuming that Heyman stays on RAW.. I thought it might be interesting to see how his ECW angle could play out..

RAW's ECW talent:
-------------------
AL SNOW
BUBBA RAY DUDLEY
CHRIS BENOIT
CHRIS JERICHO
D-VON DUDLEY
JAZZ
LANCE STORM
LITA
MICK FOLEY (2 more scheduled appearances soon)
Paul Heyman (quit.. ran out of the building.
Rhyno
STEVEN RICHARDS
STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN
Tajiri
TOMMY DREAMER

That's ALOT of ECW talent.. now all on that show.  That's a decent start to a whole new program..or a program takeover.  It would also be nice to see added to this..

Dawn Marie, Nunzio, RVD, Spike, Tazz.

That would round out the ECW Takeover Stable.  If it was done as a separate show (utilizing some of those lousy weekend timeslot the WWE has.. like VELOCITY or HEAT... they could flesh that roster out with a few more oldtimers hanging out elsewhere.

It's a pie in the sky dream.. but Heyman drafted and then quiting RAW.. is clearly a decent start to a re-newed or rebirth ECW angle.  He even made comments to the effect how he kept the wolves at bay so long during his ECW days.

Heyman on RAW.. with all that "RAW" ECW talent.. it not a coincidence.

just went to wwe.com and they had this posted

STATEMENT FROM MR. MCMAHON
Earlier tonight, Paul Heyman - the former General Manager of SmackDown! - was drafted by RAW and subsequently quit. Therefore, due to the absence of a GM on SmackDown!, I have extended the trading deadline to 9 p.m. ET Tuesday, at which time a new GM of SmackDown! will be announced, and that new GM of SmackDown! will in fact announce all trades.
Thank you.

Why, oh why, did Nidia undergo the knife? blink.gif

(Seems the qualifications to become a WWE "Diva" is to fit in a D-Cup bra dry.gif ...Stacy excluded.)

Quote frome wwe.com

QUOTE
Paul Heyman out, Kurt Angle is in
WWE.com has learned that the role of SmackDown! General Manager has been assumed by former WWE Champion Kurt Angle.
In replacing Paul Heyman, Kurt Angle?s first order of business was to mold the SmackDown! roster to his liking. In an attempt to do so, Angle has completed two trades with RAW General Manager Eric Bischoff.
The first trade sends F.B.I. member Chuck Palumbo and A-Train to RAW for the combination of the sexy Miss Jackie and Rico.
The second trade is a blockbuster three-for-one deal. RAW?s Eric Bischoff has agreed to send the Dudley Boyz and Booker T to SmackDown! in exchange for former World Heavyweight Champion Triple H. This announcement comes straight off the heels of Triple H being chosen by SmackDown! in the draft lottery just 24 hours prior.
Be sure to check back here as more information becomes available.

for fucks sakes.. the DRAFT sucked bad enough.. now they effectively reverse the one good trade.

HHH is back on his LIVE program.

God Help EDGE now.. HHH will squash him within 3 months.

Please Let Pual Heyman rebuild ECW.
