Great game... Trinidad had such a great opportunity and a fantastic shot, too... right off the crossbar!
Would have been nice to see a W, but oh well, right?  I can't believe the underdog tied with 10 men most of the second half.

Shaka Hislop had some awesome saves for the Soca Warriors. Germany played some great offence, even without Ballack playing.

America just got out-played. The Czech's were so much more agressive on offense, and their defence didn't give up an inch. Americans quit after they gave up that first goal, and it was just downhill from there.
 
 USA was hyped up a lot by those Nike commercials, as well as all the coverage from ESPN. Their not as good as they are supposed to be this year.
 
 I think they'll be lucky if they can even get a tie with Ghana.

Couldnt agree with you more.  They didnt really play like they wanted to win.  They got beat to every ball, passes were off, defense was letting up the whole time not challenging anyone.  It was all around bad. USA has really got to step up their game if they expect to advance.

On the side note Italy won 2-0. Would have liked to see them tie Ghana just so USA has a little less pressure.  But maybe itll be a good thing for them.
