Anyone Experience Load-hangups In Project Gotham?

It mostly happens when the demo is playing and another level is being loaded, the "K" that spins, located bottom right.

Anyone has this ? Temp. problem is hardly the issue, cause i have a big ceiling fan spinning right above it... so there is alot of air-circulation.
