Pso Xbox Ep1&2 High Lvl Mags

im looking for info on how to make high lvl rare mags, i hexed itemrt but they come out as stock mags any assistance appreciated

at least whats what i think the url is, dunno since i havent touched this game in a year.  anyways to make a high level mag, your mag must be at lv99 with one more stat to raise.  the stats must be raised a certain way and ALWAYS the stats are completely even (25 each stat) but which ones to level up first are different with every character and class.

so like say if my class required pow+dex=mind+forgotwhattheotheronewas

itd be

25
25
24
25

and i finally raise that 24 > 25 and itll become a rare mag.  which one entirely depends on your class.
