i had this same problem took me a bit to figure it out too but heres the answer:

lets say you want 45.  what you have to do is multiply that by 100.  so now you have 4500.  fire up calc or any number system conversion tool and put in 4500 and convert it to hex.  now you should have 1194.  Now just reverse the first and last bit pairs.  that gives you 9411.  put that value in where youre making youre mag and now you have a value of 45.  

you should be able to figure out the rest on your own
