No such thing, well there is but they don't do anything there just hexed as a diffrent name, spells go up to 30 except for a few that go to 15 if I remember correctly.

You can get Anti lvl 30 (normally only goes to 7) and the others you can get to 30, you just have to use ric's Universal Item Create

But last time I checked they didn't do squat but waste bank and storage space.

It might be possible to find a lv50 spellz but in any event, it is still  useless.
