Ok, Behind Blue Eyes is a BAD cover of the Who song. My favorite song...probably One from Metallica.

Depends on mood really

but

Boy Girl song - Aphex Twin
Suspicious Minds - Elvis
New York New York - Frank
Perfect Day - Lou Reed?
Venus as a boy - Bjork
Sunday Bloody Sunday - U2
Magic Trumpet - Bert Kaempfert
Summer In the City - Three Dog Night
Billie Jean - Michael Jackson
Little Green Bag - George Baker Selection
The Lonely Shepherd - Zamfir
Sitting on the dock of the bay - Ottis Reading
Clubbed to death - Rob D
Imagine - John Lennon

Anything on the entire Fear and loathing soundtrack

are not bad tunes

Hard to compare some songs as they are so different but...

Billie Jean (Michael Jackson)
Stairway to Heaven (Led Zeppelin)
You Know You're Right (Nirvana)
Unforgivable Sinner (Lene Marlin)

...and there are bound to be others which I would pretty much put at the same level but I'm tired and can't think straight at the moment.

Keep on Rockin in the Free World-Neil Young-its the version that's the last song on Freedom the album

Most any Alice in Chains or Metallica song is also in my most favorite songs.
